About this course

In the <Understanding Alignment- Constraints> course, we will cover the key elements of alignment definition, including superelevation and skew, as well as project coordinate settings. We will focus on the Constraint Entity and Expression Entity functionalities, handling the positioning, orientation, and shape information of objects during alignment assignments. Through this course, users will grasp a more sophisticated and convenient alignment-based modeling technique in the well-structured CIM environment, understanding the relationships between coordinates and alignment across models

Course 1) Understanding of Constraint and Expression Entity

  • Learn about the Constraint Entity, which defines the position information for the foundational allocation of objects in modeling
  • Explore the Expression Entity, which provides additional assignment details at specific locations when assigned to alignment
